Ina is a registered social worker, best interest assessor and a practising AMHP. She has worked in mental health settings since 2003 and has considerable experience from support worker level to managing an AMHP service and leading social workers. Since 2014, Ina has been a trainer for the Knowledge and Understanding Framework for Personality Disorders co-delivering to many professional groups. Ina has also developed training for mental health social workers in her role as lead social worker contributing to enhancing good practice and staff knowledge. Due to her ongoing development and daily AMHP practice, Ina has specialist knowledge of Mental Health law and its application in day-to-day practice. Ina is currently Lead AMHP. She also works for the Care Quality Commissioner as a mental health reviewer.
