Robert Robinson

Robert-RobinsonRobert worked for many years as a solicitor in private practice specialising in mental health law. His casework also included mental capacity proceedings (notably the Bournewood case), community care and learning disability. He is currently a part-time mental health tribunal judge and chief assessor of the Law Society’s mental health accreditation scheme for legal representatives. He trains lawyers, psychiatrists and social workers in mental health and mental capacity law.
